You have legal rights or authorization to list the property
All information is accurate, complete, and not misleading

Listings must include:

Correct price and location
Property specifications
Availability status
Clear ownership details

RERA & Legal Compliance (India)

Where applicable, you must comply with:

RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority)
Local municipal and property laws

Mandatory for Builders/Brokers:

Provide valid RERA registration number (if applicable)
Disclose approvals and project status

Failure to comply is solely your responsibility.

Content & Media Policy

Images/videos must be:

You are responsible for any copyright violations arising from content you upload.

Prohibited Activities

List unavailable/sold properties without updating

You must NOT engage in:

Spam or lead harvesting
Fraud or scams
Bypassing the platform to avoid fees

Verification & Moderation

We reserve the right to:

Verify listings and user details
Request documents (RERA, ownership proof, etc.)
Approve, reject, or remove listings

No prior notice is required for any of the above actions.

Fees & Payments

Listing Fees

Applicable for property listings

Subscription Plans

Recurring plans for extended access

Featured Listings

Promotional & featured placement

Payments must be made in advance
Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
We may revise pricing at any time

Lead Management & Conduct

You agree to:

Respond promptly to inquiries
Maintain professional communication
Provide accurate information at all times

Strictly prohibited:

Misuse of user data
Harassment or aggressive selling tactics

Transactions & Platform Role

The Platform acts only as an intermediary marketplace.

We do NOT:

Guarantee sale/rental success
Verify every listing fully
Participate in transactions

You are responsible for:

Agreements between parties
Payments
Legal verification

Limitation of Liability

We are NOT liable for:

Property disputes between users
Fraud between users
Financial losses

Indemnification
